Be Heard… Best Launch ever….

As we get ready to embark on another Nintendo handheld quest, I got to thinking… What do you think has been the best launch ever for any system?

Nintendo 3DS, in my opinion, has all the markings of putting every other system to shame in terms of launch quality and every time I hear or see new Nintendo 3DS games, I get ecstatic. Honestly, I cannot remember another system that had this stellar of a lineup in terms of amazing titles and I am eager to hear more. It appears as though every major 3rd party developer is excited about the system and will no doubt solidify Nintendo’s handheld dominance for another generation. From Super Street Fighter IV to Zelda to Steel Driver to Paper Mario to Resident Evil (and that’s just naming a few), Nintendo 3DS is looking to put yours truly in some serious debt.

So…..What Nintendo 3DS games are you guys excited about? What was the best launch system ever thus far and why?

The best launch system for me would have to be the Wii. I wasinto gaming with the Collecovision and nothing until the news of the ‘revolution’ came.

I couldn’t get the Wii when it first came out – availability – but it was not for want.

I think the 3DS can easily surpass it though with the promise of the launch game lineup.

I want to see the altered reality type games that were ‘concept’ demos at C3.

  1. Yeah the Wii def. had a very memorable launch with titles like the first Rayman, Wii Sports, Zelda and Elebits (where is my sequel!!!)….

If I am not mistaken, the 360 had a very solid launch lineup as well….

  1. No trackbacks yet.
